1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any products or services provided by Fraser Valley Metal ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Company Information

Fraser Valley Metal is a British Columbia-based manufacturer and supplier of custom metal roofing, siding, trim, flashing, fencing panels, fasteners, and related building products. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, by phone, email, social media, or in person.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our website or misuse any information contained on it.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, colours, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Fraser Valley Metal reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

5. Orders & Payment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Fraser Valley Metal does not store customers' complete payment card information.

6. Manufacturing

Many of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer's order, including custom panel lengths, flashing, and trim. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without our approval.

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, quantities, colours, and product selections before placing an order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Fraser Valley Metal is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation companies, road conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been picked up or released to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because nearly all metal panels, trim, and flashing are custom manufactured to each customer's specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any metal roofing panels, siding panels, fencing panels, trim, or flashing.

Returns may be accepted for eligible stock accessories, including fasteners, screws, touch-up paint pens, and similar non-custom items, provided:

• The return is approved by Fraser Valley Metal before being sent back.

• The items are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected.

9. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply only where offered by the original manufacturer. Fraser Valley Metal makes no additional warranties beyond those required under applicable law unless provided in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and other materials, is the property of Fraser Valley Metal or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraser Valley Metal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Third-Party Services

Certain services used on our website, including payment processing, analytics, shipping, and communication platforms, may process customer information outside of Canada.

By using our website, you acknowledge that these trusted third-party providers may handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
