Refund & Return Policy

At Fraser Valley Metal, most of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer's order. Because these products are custom made, our return policy differs from that of standard retail products.

Custom Manufactured Products

All custom metal roofing panels, siding panels, fencing panels, trim, flashing, and other cut-to-length products are final sale.

Once production has begun, these products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, quantities, colours, profiles, and order details before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted on select stock accessories, including:

• Fasteners and screws

• Touch-up paint pens

• Other non-custom accessory items

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• All returns must receive prior authorization from Fraser Valley Metal before being shipped back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product supplied by Fraser Valley Metal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, notify Fraser Valley Metal within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photographs of the product and packaging where applicable so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before manufacturing has started. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled because materials have been allocated and products are manufactured specifically for your project.
